Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Educreatures, we value the time and effort that goes into preparing each educational wildlife experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both our clients and our team.

Please take a moment to read through our policy before finalising your booking.

•Cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled booking will receive a 75% refund of the total fee.

•Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.

•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking are not eligible for a refund due to the short notice.

In rare or exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or other serious events, we may consider offering a refund outside of the standard policy. These cases will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Educreatures.
